Longevity

Longevity Is Not Just About Living Longer

Biological age, genetic tests, supplements, cold therapy, red light, metabolic analyses, IV treatments…

Every one of them is a valuable tool.

But from my point of view, longevity is far more than individual treatments.

Longevity is a sustainable health approach that takes a person’s metabolic health, nutrition, sleep quality, stress response, movement capacity, recovery power and life rhythm as one whole.

That is why I do not look at this field as simply “living longer”.

For me the real question is this:

  • Preserving physical and mental capacity while living longer.
  • Noticing risks before it is too late.
  • Turning data into a plan that can actually be applied.
  • Making health a sustainable system rather than a seasonal burst of motivation.

In the coming period I want to share my own perspective here on longevity, functional nutrition, metabolic health, preventive health and wellness systems.

My aim is to treat this field not through trending headlines or isolated treatments, but as a more holistic, applicable and sustainable approach to health.

In the first note I will start from the most fundamental place:

What is longevity, and what is it not?
